Interns

Restoring Eden is excited to announce that this summer we will be expanding our campaign team with the addition of four new interns. We are so thrilled to be able to work with them this summer!

Julie Arnold,
one of six brothers and sisters, is currently a junior at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota studying Sociology and mathematics. Her passion and love for God's creation was initially inspired and strongly influenced by her family's lifestyle at home- making good whole foods for daily family dinners, the huge family garden, the emphasis her parents put on living simply, and their family camping, hiking, and backpacking trips to state and national parks. This summer, Julie is looking forward to meeting and working with new people and advocating for the love of creation!

Erik George
is currently a senior at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota majoring in Environmental Studies with minors in Political Science and Cultural Music. Upon graduation, he plans to attend graduate school for Urban Planning, specifically focusing on sustainability and/or community development. Erik is excited to work with Restoring Eden this summer because, "Ever since I was a child I have been enthralled by the outdoors and the mysteries lying within it. As I grew and matured, I soon realized God's omnipresence through nature. I now feel a calling to stand up for our sacred planet and what we have graciously been blessed with.

While at college, Jeff has worked with A Rocha Asbury and Renewal. Some of his interests include creative writing, literature, cultural history, visual art, agriculture and conservation. Tyler Sheaffer
grew up in a farm valley tucked between the long sweeping mountains of central Pennsylvania. He is currently studying Sociology at Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. He just got back from a six month venture through the Middle East. Some of Tyler's interests include monastic life, Arabic, non-violent resistance, Anabaptist theology, farming, and sustainable architecture. He is excited to be part of Restoring Eden this summer because, "The upside-down Kingdom needs more passion, more creative juices flowing around, and hope."
