Our Message: Environmental justice and Christian ethics demand that true costs of a behavior are borne by those who benefit, not by the poor, the powerless and the voiceless. When the true costs of dirty energy are factored into the equation, the moral math of coal simply does not add up.
Our Purpose: To remind Christians that justice, mercy, and humility surge through the electrical grid in the choices we make individually and collectively. Dirty energy sources destroy land, poison air and water, and harm life.
Our Goals
1) Stop mountaintop removal and other destructive coal mining.
2) Replace our dependency on dirty coal with clean and renewable energy.
3) Reduce the human causes of greenhouse gas pollution and the impact of climate change upon the poor and the earth.
